❌ No Return • No Exchange • No Cancellation

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

We kindly request you to review product details, size, color, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

📦 If You Receive a Damaged Product

We pack all orders securely, but if your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Record a clear parcel opening video

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed, unopened package

    • The full opening process

    • The damaged product clearly

⚠️ Claims without a proper opening video cannot be accepted.

🔍 Verification & Approval

  • All damage claims will be reviewed by our quality team

  • Cheera.in reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification

  • If approved, an exchange (not refund) may be offered, subject to product availability

🚫 Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

Requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • No parcel opening video provided

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Damage caused after delivery or improper handling by the customer

🌍 International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

⚖️ Final Decision

All decisions made by Cheera.in regarding returns or exchanges will be final.
